General Background

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Nova Engineering, client development and project management of the firms electrical design team.


Mr. Rosenthal worked for design engineering firms since 1973. Started as a design engineer, prepared drawings the old fashioned way, with a pencil, paper and lots of erasers. Career progressed from a design engineer to a project electrical engineer to a department head to a partner in Nova Engineering. Responsible for designing power distribution and lighting systems for institutions, commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Responsible for all aspects of projects including the development of bid specifications, drawings, construction cost estimates, load studies, voltage drop calculations, short circuit calculations and system coordination studies.
